Chinese New Year Holiday Situation

According to statistics, most factories in China will stop production before February because the workers have returned to their hometown.And because of the influence of COVID-19, it will become more difficult for workers to return home. In high-risk and middle-risk areas, they even need isolation for 14 days along ,then they can reunite to home and company with their families.

So they need to return to their hometown in advance to ensure that they can be the first to be with their families on the Chinese New Year.

The logistics situation has also become slow. For domestic logistics, most of the express delivery will be delayed in February, which may lead to the manufacturer's production planning delay.

At the same time, the international freight has become unstable. Due to the great change of the sailing date in the near future, the warehouse of the port has burst. At present, the port will not accepts new goods into the warehouse any more. Also, the driver began to return to home town, and it is also will expected that the container will be unable to be loaded after 5 Feb.

Most factories will resume production in February 20th, but it still depends on whether COVID-19 will be affected during the Spring Festival.If China will not receive COVID-19's influence during the Chinese new year, most factories will resume production before March, and export business will also be fully recovered.
